It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint, organized closets and clean windows will do. Thanks to everyone who pitched in Friday, Saturday and Monday with a brush, roller, hammer, scraper, broom, Pine Sol and Windex to prepare for the first day of Phoenix After School Club. Like to clean (who doesn’t)? Meet at Chester Eastside 10 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 10) to sort, clean and organize the spaces for Out of School Time, which begins Monday (Sept. 12). The needed supplies will be waiting to make the rooms warm and welcoming for the children.
